THE HALL OF FAME

Every Blog posted here in (,") BLOGS NG PINOY (",) has a star-ratings widget like this:
wherein anyone can rate any of their favorite blogs. Every month, the Top 5 Highest Rated Blogs will be highlighted in the Hall Of Fame and will be displayed for one whole month in the Hall of Fame sidebar. They will also have a free webpage showcase courtesy of everonica.com.

In the spirit of transparency, a link of the star-ratings results will also be displayed at the bottom of the Hall Of Fame sidebar. The results are provided by outbrain.
Also, the ratings will be reset to zero after every cycle. That means, only the ratings recorded for the past month will be counted. This is done to ensure fairness to other bloggers, including the newly listed, who'd also want to be in the Hall of Fame :)
